How to Plant Oregano Seeds

First we scooped soil into a paper cup.  The cups had holes on the bottom so that water can drain out.

Then we sprayed lots of water in the cups so that our little seeds will be nice, wet and healthy.

Here are the cups with the soil all ready for the seeds to go in.  These cups will stay in our classroom for a week or two.  When we see little sprouts, the plants will be ready to be put into the ground outside.  The fifth graders will plant the oregano plants when they are ready.

We can't wait to see our oregano grow!
