Peek at the Week of September 2-6

It feels good to begin our second week of school.  Last week we spent time getting to learn names of our new classmates and getting familiar with our classroom routines and set up.  This week the work begins!

I will post this "Peek at the Week" newsletter every Saturday or Sunday for the upcoming week.  This is where I will list specials and homework assignments.  It is also where I will give "Academic Updates" about our units of study.

On the first day of school I sent home an "All about Me" poster for your child to work on.  Please send them in whenever your child has completed it.  All posters should be returned by next Monday, September 9th.

If you have not sent in the $15 (or a $15 check made out to "cash"), please do so.  I would like to just make one single trip to the bank to cash those checks.
