  • (AD)  In Reading Workshop everyone got a pad of post-it notes.  We use the post-its to mark interesting facts and to mark new information we just learned.
  • (WD)  Many people in our class made How To videos.  They are awesome!
  • (SD)  In library we talked about Wants & Needs.
  • (GG)  We are starting to write our own How To books.

  • (GM)  In gym we played Pinball.
  • (BO)  We put out a bunch of How To books.  These books will give us some good ideas for writing.
  • (DP)  We read a Scholastic News about animals in winter.
  • (MRS)  Today we have Spanish.
  • (RS)  We learned that people have needs.  Needs are things that you really need to survive.  Some needs are food, water, homes, and clothes.  Wants are things that are fun or nice to have, but you can survive without them.
