Mrs. S. and Mrs. P. came into school today to teach our class about ways we can save the earth.
We learned about making good choices when we shop. Glass and metal can be recycled. Plastic should always be your last choice. Also, we learned that it is often better to buy in bulk rather than individual containers. An example of this is buying a large glass bottle of juice instead of juice boxes which are wrapped in plastic and have plastic straws.
If we all do our part we can all help to make the earth a better and cleaner place!
